The Ides of May 2024

The gavel has fallen on another month, and it will soon fall on our Kickstarter for the Dark Cities Deluxe Editions (including the Salem pieces seen above). We are down to the final week!

Is it cake?

Regrettably, "Is it cake" will not be a recurring section of The Ides (unless there are more master bakers hiding in our community than we realize!)

What we're working on.

This month we've been putting all our focus on the launch. That means lots of responding to questions, creating marketing campaigns, and fine-tuning the final versions of the deluxe editions and the backer rewards. As part of this campaign we're giving every backer one of five mystery coasters. We've been working with our illustrator Sarah to develop these, and we've been having so much fun putting them together. Follow the Kickstarter to see the reveal of the final two designs!

The coolest thing we saw this month.

Our Ohio sky has really been outdoing itself by making it into The Ides two months in a row (first the solar eclipse, and now this!) We were surprised when the northern lights crept far enough south for us to enjoy them from our front yard. Incredible!
